Mr. Wei Qiang is the founder and controlling shareholder of Lightway Green Energy Company Limited (“Lightway Company”). From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Wei Qiang studied at the University of Auckland in New Zealand majoring in Finance and from 2007 to 2009, studied business administration and information strategies at Tsinghua University. Mr. Wei Qiang is the son of Mr. Wei Shaojun, the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company, the executive Director and the Chairman of the Board.
